  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Haven't been to the greenbiar location in awhile. Wasn't very busy. Waitress was attentive. Nobody could find sunday specials menu. Waitress pulled it up on her phone. We both order calzones. They seemed to be smaller but still tasty.

Very good pizza. It's not exactly NY style but pretty close. Service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Just a little on the cooler side in window seating. Definitely will be coming back!

The experience at this location with service and their quality of food has gone down hill tremendously over the last two years. I have tried coming back because our family loves Ynot and each time we are disappointed. This time was the last straw- we ordered an xlarge New York pizza and upon arrival of our food the pizza looked different. So happened that they were out of marinara sauce (the staple of a pizza) So instead they put bruschetta tomatoes and oregano mix they had on it instead which changes the whole flavor and texture of the dish. I wish the waitress or manager had just been honest that they didn't have marinara and we wouldn't have ordered pizzas. The cheese was also splotty and did not cover the slices and was randomly placed in 3 maybe 4 sections of the pizza. No one was happy with the food, especially the children, as this is one of their favorite spots too! We finally got our drinks after the food came out too. Needless to say the only thing I like on their menu that they haven't managed to screw up are their wings. It's unfortunate to say that we will no longer be coming back to this location after giving them multiple tries. The location on Providence road has

We booked the private room for our uncle's 60th surprise birthday party and the staff were all absolutely incredible! I would give 5 stars for the impeccable service, but the food was nothing spectacular, so 4 it is unfortunately. They allowed us to bring our own decorations and set up the room however we liked, which was nice, and we had one person on staff who was handling our party, but everyone on shift that night was available to help. The bar tenders were attentive and we never had to wait, despite a busy evening in the dining room as well. Overall, a really great experience!

I love what they've done to the place! The expansion at the Greenbrier location adds a great touch. My favorite dish used to be the Fruite de Mar, but they removed it from the list. However, their new menu is amazing, and everything I've tried has been tasty. The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
